LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP
SUNSET PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Trash must be placed in trash bags, tied securely and placed in the trash receptacles provided.
- Alcohol is permitted, however, no glass containers. Intoxication is prohibited.
- DJ’s and bands are prohibited. Music can be played at a level that is not disruptive to others.
- Carrying or discharging of firearms is prohibited.
- Camping is prohibited.
- Building fires in areas other than the picnic grills provided is prohibited.
- Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners must clean up after their pet.
- Pets are prohibited on the ball fields, ball courts and horseshoe pits.
- Rental equipment such as bounce houses, dunk tanks, etc. is prohibited.
- Caterers must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Township, prior to the rental date, naming Londonderry Township as Additionally Insured.
- Nails, staples or tacks cannot be used on the picnic tables.
- The use of the fields or park space for organized sports or activities must be scheduled through the Township office.
- Special requests must be approved in writing by the Township Manager.
- The water hand pumps throughout the park are not accessible to the public.
- Pump water is not potable. Drinking water is not provided.
